Sports Massage, “Relaxive Recovery”
Sports massage is a combination of various massage techniques to help the athlete function well during training, prepare for optimal performance, and recover after a race or event. Sports massage can aide in the prevention of injury as well as alleviate pain due to injury returning the body to health.

Hot Stones Massage
A deeply relaxing massage using heated stones. Done in the Native American tradition, including a chakra layout with the stones for a healing energy flow. This modality is particularly good in releasing tightness without deep pressure as the heat from the stones penetrates into the muscles with every stroke.
